In May 2025, Mitie made the switch to our plastic-free laundry sheets across all their sites and clients—a move that’s helping set a new benchmark for operational sustainability in facilities management.

Alongside supporting a UK-based social enterprise, this switch is helping reduce waste, cut emissions, and support the health of our planet—without compromising on performance or cost.

Ocean Plastic Recovery

Every pack of Serious Laundry Sheets funds the recovery of 1kg of ocean-bound plastic—collected before it reaches the sea and turns into long-term pollution.

Mitie’s switch alone in the first year is projected to:

• Recover 1 tonne of plastic – that’s 50,000 plastic bottles saved from our oceans

Tree Planting Impact

Our partnership with Mitie directly supports verified reforestation projects across the globe. These projects not only remove carbon from the atmosphere, but also restore critical ecosystems and support local employment in vulnerable communities.

So far, Mitie has helped us:

• 🌳 Plant 727 trees – enough to fill 13 studio apartments

• 🌍 Sequester 180 tonnes of CO₂ – equal to removing 39 cars from the road for a year

• ♻️ Save 26 trees by choosing recycled paper toilet rolls

• 👩🌾 Create 1.5 work days for local planters through reforestation
