  • Your friend must place their first order using your referral link or code. Referrals cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed, so make sure they use your code before they check out.

  • Once your friend or family member’s order has been delivered for 30 days, we’ll send your reward via email through our payout partner, Tremendous. You’ll be able to choose how you’d like to receive your money, including options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or gift cards (available options may vary by country).

    Once you redeem your payout, delivery speed depends on the payout method you choose. Bank transfers in the UK and Europe usually arrive within minutes, but can sometimes take up to 1 business day.



  • If the referred order is returned, cancelled, or not fulfilled for any reason, the cashback reward will not be issued. The 30-day waiting period is in place specifically to account for this.

  • The referral discount and your cashback only apply to new customers placing their very first order. If the person you refer already has an account or has ordered before, the referral unfortunately won't be valid.
