Each roll has 250 sheets, and each sheet measures 10 x 11 cm. That's more than most supermarket brands, and bigger sheets than most premium brands - so you use less per go and your box lasts longer.

We don't source our rolls from China, or from Spain - we make our rolls in Blackburn, Lancashire, and send them straight to your door. Much of the loo roll sold in the UK is made abroad, so ours travels a fraction of the distance and produces less carbon getting to you.

Half way through my first box, the quality is very good, colour also clean looking, much stronger than my previously used ‘ well known brand’ . There are less rolls in the box so I’m still working out cost efficiency before I consider a subscription but I like the product and prefer the strength and no unnecessary wrapping
Arrived well packed. No plastic or extra paper. Used Royal Mail (and even was quick). Easy to order or reschedule. Perfectly good paper.
Ordering and setting up subscription was super easy and delivery was fast. I couldn't wait to try them when a lovely big box arrived! I'm so happy that the anticipated quality didn't disappoint - 3 ply thick AND soft and although recycled and unbleached, it wasn't obvious from the colour or texture. Those qualities and knowing it's UK sourced, make me a very satisfied customer! :0)

I love the environmental benefits of the Serious toilet tolls (and other products. But our tiny house allows little space to store 45 rolls! I use all the space under the bath for storage (don't judge), and remodelled the lovely sturdy box to fit in the space, with the rolls to sit on top for easy access. The holes to pull out the box align with the centres of the rolls. We are a family of bodgers, this would not go down well in some households! But I'm happy.
We love to recycle so its pleasing to have recycled loo roll on our recycled /leftover wooden loo roll holder!

Happy with the loo roll. Storage of so many rolls keeping them clean and dry has maxed out all my cupboard space though. Not sure if a smaller box is available but I would be interested. I have noticed we are getting through the rolls quicker than a previous brand I bought. I compared the cardboard tubes and the serious tissues ones are larger so I guess there are less sheets per roll. It would be good to reduce this as it is just unnecessary volume!

Great value and great toilet tissue too, as some are too thin and feel dreadful quality. I love the fact that they aren’t individually wrapped and although it can make the rolls looks pretty, it really goes against trying to be eco friendly!

Loo rolls should be like good ice cream - thick, soft and white! But there's no reason it can't be ethically-sound at the same time. Good stuff 😁
We previously used supermarket recycled paper. This is far better quality so you use less. Delivery is very swift too.

No nonsense good product
Good quality low carbon footprint toilet rolls. Similar price per roll to another supplier but Serious Tissues only have 250 sheets per roll vs 400 from the competitor.
The new normal! Mentioning no names, we were not sure bamboo was a truly sustainable toilet paper. Serious tissues ticks all the boxes - material, air miles, boosting a UK business. Marvellous!

Your trial lasts 14 days. Two days before your trial is due to end,, we'll email to remind you your plan is about to start. If you're happy, your first 45-roll box ships on day 14 and you're charged £38.25. After that, boxes arrive on the schedule you picked.

Cancel any time before day 14 through your account, or reply to your reminder email. You won't be charged anything beyond the £3.95 delivery.

That depends on the household size you choose. Deliveries range from every month for 7+ people to every 6 months for a single person. Each box has 45 rolls, and you can change how often it comes whenever you like.
