If I'm honest, Serious Tissues loo roll is not top quality, but it is helping towards being green and that's a worthwhile cause. I'm a fan of Which? and read their reviews which I don't think have reviewed Serious yet. I don't always agree with Which? anyway, but I must say that their recommended kitchen roll is superb. Serious tissues are much too small so I won't use them, but we have tried their laundry product which seemed to produce quite good results.
I'll probably continue to buy their loo roll, although it's becoming somewhat pricy now, but their other products do not appeal to my taste. However, their service is excellent and that's very important in our highly competitive, on line world.
As a dyslexic I can’t thank this company enough for helping me through the ordering system .
Most online subscriptions are closed to me because of my difficulties.
Love Serious tissues, and the toilet rolls, and kitchen paper. Great quality. The plus is they are British!
