The loo rolls are ok. We haven't used the other items so don't know anything about them but the whole pack seemed rather expensive.
Love the fact this product is made in the UK and the individual rolls aren't wrapped in paper.

The quality of the tissues exceeded my expectations—they're soft, strong, and feel much more premium than many other brands I've tried. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was prompt, the package was damaged and some of the toilet rolls were missing. I emailed customer service and was offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement which arrived promptly and packaged well. It's refreshing to find a company that combines excellent products with reliable service. I'll definitely be ordering again and would happily recommend Serious Tissues to anyone looking for quality and value.

I have to be honest & say I’m a bit disappointed - I love the ethos of your company plus the fact it’s all mostly made in UK. So far I love the washing strips but the toilet paper isn’t as soft as my usual brand and the kitchen roll is nowhere near as strong as the one I always buy. I haven’t used the tissues yet.
I am very pleased with these products from Serious Tissues, the smaller trial box is much appreciated. The laundry sheets work well and smell really nice, the facial tissues are soft but strong, and the toilet roll is thicker than bamboo brands I've tried, meaning I use less each time. I will be ordering more when products are back in stock.

These products are great quality and long-lasting. Love that they're recycled and made here in the UK. It's why I chose Serious Tissues over companies importing bamboo products. All the paper products are soft but robust, loo rolls are long, kitchen roll is huge and lasts ages. The washing detergent strips are effective, just scented enough and don't cause any irritation to the skin. A family box every 2 months lasts us as a couple with family visiting at weekends. A really tiny criticism is the switch from purely paper tape to seal the delivery box to a paper tape containing what look like nylon fibres- this seems unnecessary to me as the box weight is light, perhaps a backward step in your efforts to remove plastic from the process.

I love the tissues. The kitchen roll is very good as are the toilet rolls. 4 score as they're a little rough so we may not buy again. We haven't tried the washing papers yet.
Toilet tissue needs to be softer. Facial tissues were not always perforated across width. Was also disappointed that the laundry sheets were made in Germany rather than the UK.

I am happy that this mixed box is back in production and sad about the cancelled orders for a year as you were out of stock. Welcome back as this is ideal for this household. I now need to cancel the other subscriptions and hoping this one will continue for the future.
The Household pack was delivered quickly and the standard of the products is excellent.
The products are of good quality however the packaging they came in was badly damaged exposing the goods ( very unhygienic ) - not serious tissues fault but you need to have a word with your delivery contractor
